Good shading, mostly accurate proportions. Neck seems slightly off, as does right leg from the knee down. You almost could have cheated and omitted that part, and most viewers would not know any differently.

If the people that do Silent Hill ever need someone to do monster design, they should come to you. I love the surreal, almost nonsensical feel this thing has, and your skill with skin textures is really good; this beastie has alot of muscle definition.
